Return Conditions

  • Timing: Returns are to be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund.
  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original shipping box.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused with its original tag attached and in the same condition as when you received it. Also, the item must show no signs of wear or damage.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Return Procedure

  • Via Order Page: You can initiate a return directly through your order page on our website.
  • Via Order Confirmation Email: A link to initiate a return is also included in your original order confirmation email.
  • Return Shipping: Once your return request is processed, a return shipping label will be issued and sent to you via email. This label should be used to send back the item to ensure proper tracking and handling.
